Vidyasagar School Indore Shines at CBSE Cluster XII Table Tennis Tournament

Vidyasagar School’s boys’ under-19 team won first place at the CBSE Cluster XII Table Tennis Tournament in Sehore. Prajjwal Yadav secured individual gold and qualified for nationals. Girls’ under-19 team placed third. Principal Bhavna Pujari congratulated the players and coach.

Eyes on TT Nationals: champs Prajjwal, Dyummani, Shambhavi

Table tennis teams of Vidyasagar School, Indore, returned with podium finishes at the CBSE Cluster XII Table Tennis Tournament, held at IES Public School, Sehore.

The boys' under-19 team secured first position, with team members Prajjwal Yadav, Dyummani Dutta, Neel Patel and Aganya Gupta representing the school. In the individual category, Prajjwal Yadav clinched the gold medal and qualified for the national-level tournament.

Speaking after the win, Prajjwal Yadav said, “We stayed focused and supported each other through every match. Winning gold was a proud moment, but qualifying for nationals is the real motivation to keep improving.”

Dyummani Dutta added, “The competition was tough, but our preparation helped us stay consistent. It was a team effort from start to finish.”

The girls’ under-19 team placed third, with Shambhavi Tiwari, Pawni Gupta and Navya Jaiswal as participants.

Shambhavi Tiwari said, “We learned a lot from this tournament. Placing third has made us more determined for future competitions.”

The school principal, Bhavna Pujari, congratulated the students and coach Ajay Wankhede. She acknowledged the players’ efforts and noted the school’s continued participation in national-level sports events.
