Vibrant Hues of ‘Kala Ke Rang’ National Art Exhibition Light Up Indore on World Art Day

Indore: The city’s cultural landscape came alive on the occasion of World Art Day as the ‘Kala Ke Rang’ National Art Exhibition began at the Canarys Art Gallery, showcasing a vibrant celebration of creativity, imagination, and artistic expression. Organized by the Create Stories Social Welfare Society, the two-day exhibition offers a prestigious platform for both established artists and emerging young talent.

The exhibition was formally inaugurated by Forest Range Officer Sangeeta Thakur, marking a significant moment for the city’s art community.


A Celebration Beyond Canvas

Curator Deepak Sharma described the exhibition as more than just a display of paintings. According to him, Kala Ke Rang is a deep reflection of human emotions, devotion, cultural identity, and evolving social perspectives expressed through art.

A key highlight of the exhibition is its remarkable diversity, featuring 104 artworks created by 61 artists, with participants ranging in age from 6 to 65 years, making it an inclusive and multi-generational artistic showcase.
