Like last 38 years, Dr.MrsJanak Palta McGilligan (Janak Didi) , Director of Jimmy McGilligan Center for Sustainable Development, will celebrate the auspicious occasion of her 39th "Raksha-Bandhan" at Dootni Hilltop behind her residence "Girdarshan" ,in Sanawadiya by planting saplings on 19 th Aug ,2024 Monday 4 pm Kindly include Janak
She started this practice with Rakhi-wale brother since Rajender Ochani 1986 and family members .According to her Planting saplings on every occasion in their life like birthdays, wedding anniversaries, in memory of loved ones, national festivals and "Raksha-Bandhan" is the Greatest and most Precious gift. She believes that "trees protect us, as are running out of weather changing resulting out of Climate Crises has alerted the entire human species that without nature protection we are not safe. To plant, nurture and protect trees and plants with every possible effort is inevitable
With this very thought and her commitment with the support of nature lovers of Indore, she has been able to sustain this practice and she ensured all these trees are healthy and grown well .
