A group of enthusiastic cyclists set out on a mission to promote cycling as a healthy lifestyle choice while advocating for a cleaner environment in Indore. The cyclists took a scenic route, starting from Bengali Circle, passing through the historic Rajwada, and concluding their ride at Indore Airport.
Promoting Health and Clean Air with Cycling
"Cycling is not just a form of exercise, but also an eco-friendly solution to urban pollution," said Sudhir Motwani, one of the cyclists. CA Rajkumar Shah expressed his vision for Indore, saying, "Let’s make Indore a model city for sustainability and health."
CA Nitin Patodi spoke about the importance of reducing the carbon footprint, emphasizing, "Cycling is a simple yet effective way to decrease pollution and promote a greener Indore." Dr. Harjit Singh Rajpal added, "Regular cycling can prevent chronic diseases, improve cardiovascular health, and boost mental well-being."

Eng. Ghanshyam Verma expressed the group's aim to inspire others to take up cycling for both fitness and environmental benefits: "We want to encourage people to adopt cycling as an eco-friendly mode of transport." Arjun Chaurasiya, a teammate of Prof. Suresh Paswan, enjoyed the route's beauty, remarking, "Cycling is a fun and exciting way to explore Indore’s landmarks while staying fit."
