Divisional Commissioner Deepak Singh stated that an institution should be developed in each district of the division for destitute, mentally challenged, and other disabled individuals, based on the model of Aastha Gram Sanstha in Khargone and Barwani. He directed that efforts should be made to make Gaushalas in all districts of the division economically self-reliant with public participation. Collectors must prepare action plans for this initiative as soon as possible. He also instructed that all revenue cases should be resolved with quality within the prescribed time limits.

A Collectors’ Conference was held at the MPIDC hall, chaired by Divisional Commissioner Deepak Singh. The conference was attended by Indore District Collector Ashish Singh, other district Collectors from the division, Chief Executive Officer of Zila Panchayat, Joint Commissioner Revenue Sapna Lovnshi, and other officers. During the meeting, the Divisional Commissioner reviewed the progress on several ongoing tasks, including land transfers, partitions, demarcations, tenure issues, ownership matters, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, diversion processes, revenue collection, and resolution of cases registered under Public Service Guarantee and CM Helpline. He also examined actions taken against illegal mining, transportation, and storage of minerals.

Deepak Singh instructed all officers to expedite revenue collection efforts and meet the targets before the end of the financial year. He emphasized that revenue cases should be resolved within the designated time limits and that rejected and canceled revenue cases must be reviewed by senior-level officers. He stressed the need for maintaining quality when resolving these cases. Additionally, he recommended training Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars to resolve partition cases based on wills and other legal frameworks.

The Divisional Commissioner also gave strict instructions to ban illegal excavation, transportation, and storage of minerals. He urged officers to complete all tasks within the time frame with transparency, honesty, and quality. He directed the resolution of CM Helpline cases promptly and emphasized the priority and sensitivity needed in citizens' cases.

Deepak Singh also highlighted the importance of prioritizing the issuance of Ayushman cards for citizens above 70 years of age who do not have one. He urged the acceleration of the cataract operation campaign to ensure all affected individuals receive treatment. The campaign, part of the blindness prevention program, should be conducted with sensitivity, ensuring timely operations for all cataract patients.

Additionally, the Divisional Commissioner emphasized the need for focused efforts to tackle sickle cell disease in the division. All districts must prepare action plans for this, with special arrangements for treatment in Indore. The help of private hospitals should also be sought for this purpose.

Deepak Singh also discussed the timely distribution of financial benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana to all eligible women. He stressed ensuring that tap water reaches every household under the Pradhan Mantri Jal Jeevan Mission and called for continuous monitoring of the Dharti Aba Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan to ensure that tribal communities benefit from state government facilities on time.

The Divisional Commissioner commended the innovative programs being implemented by the Chief Executive Officers in all districts. He encouraged them to develop a unique art or craft from each district and present it as a model. Examples include Pithora painting in Alirajpur and the loom industry in Burhanpur. These initiatives should be given a platform to develop a market for them.
